Evil Eye
The Evil Eye is the eighth boss encounter in Final Fantasy 1 Pixel Remaster. This magical guardian ambushes the party in the Cavern of Ice as soon as you touch the Levistone. Despite its access to powerful instant-death spells, its extremely low HP makes it a fragile opponent.

The Evil Eye has only 162 HP. It uses a variety of powerful spells, but its low health makes it vulnerable to a quick, overwhelming assault.
Battle Strategy
This boss is a glass cannon. The entire strategy is to defeat it in a single turn before it can act. Do not waste turns on defensive buffs. Have your Black Mage cast Haste on your strongest physical attacker (Warrior or Monk), while everyone else unleashes their most powerful physical attacks.
Unleash an all-out attack. The Evil Eye’s spell list is dangerous, but with only 162 HP, a coordinated assault from a level 20+ party will almost always defeat it in the first round, preventing it from ever taking a turn.
After the Battle
Upon defeating the Evil Eye, you will obtain the Levistone. Take this item to the small desert south of Crescent Lake to summon the Airship, giving you the ability to travel across the entire world map.
